Document, which must be completed
* Copy of passport (both partners)
* Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
* Copy of decree absolute if you have been marriage before
* Copy of passport of two witnesses (we can be your witnesses)
* Copy certificate of marriage from ministry of religion
* Widower must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
* Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form
* 4 pieces of photograph size 4 x 6 ( the groom in the right side)
* Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized by representative
embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that the couple has no
objection to getting married in Indonesia.
All the document should be forwarded to us before the
wedding through post, email or fax.
